Born in Suresnes (Nanterre, 1962), he lives and works in Milan.
A French photographer trained at the Ecole Nationale Louis Lumière in Paris (1983) with over twenty years' experience of reporting from all over the world. His work has won numerous awards and has been published in numerous magazines.
A close connection and dialogue, as intimate as possible, with his subjects is at the heart of his approach.
"I try to use the light and my 'photographic machine' to tell the story of moments in the life of humanity".
With this maturity behind him, his expressive research, always preceded by in-depth study and reflection, now extends to personal or commissioned projects, chosen first and foremost for their great human values. His photographic expression combines old analogue techniques such as the large format camera and digital photography.
